What a surprise to find these along a small mountain stream in the moss. Next July when I go for them I’m going to take a pair of scissors to harvest them.. I must have found about 100 of them in a patch that was only 10 yards long… They tasted real good too..

I think the name you’re looking for is Cantharellus cinnabarinus—if you start typing that in the name proposal section it will complete the name for you to select. Only Latin names are used on MO. A photo or description of the underside would be helpful for others who are viewing your proposal.
