good resources for information on crust fungi. Just not much interest in this area, I guess. The following web site contains several scientific sources for further information that you might find interesting:
http://www.azfungi.org/... I’ve also found information on various crusts at state forestry web sites since these are wood decay fungi that are of concern to foresters and parks management folks.

I couldn’t find any species descriptions or anything with a brief search, but it seems like it’s being applied to similar enough things that having it title an obs (w/ limited confidence) is not unreasonable…
