Notes: Habitat: Among Water Oak.

Taste, Odor: Taste didn’t check. Smell, mild.

Cap: Maximum Diameter – 1.75 inch. Nob on the top, umbra. Tops of caps were shiny, metallic looking, split on most mature.

Gills: Close. Medium gills of different lengths. Almost free.

Stalk: 1.5 to 2 times cap diameter. Surface is scaled on most mature. Rooted in soil.
Fibrous, white mycelium at base. Dusty at top.

Spore Print: Medum Rusty Red

Spore Size:
[20/1/1] L (-9.3) 9.5 – 10.9 (-11.3) μm x W (6.5-) 6.8 – 7.9 (-8.0) μm, (L = 10.0 μm, W = 7.3 μm), Q (-1.26) 1.26 – 1.50 (-1.51), Q = 1.37 Ellipsoid, 5-6 sided, angular, smooth, irregular.
