Observation 20003: Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.) P. Kumm.

No herbarium specimen

Found a nice litle cluster of the oyster mushroom growing on fallen birch. This cluster musof been high in the air becase it fell 20 feet to the ground. They made a great Omlet i must relate.

Based on microscopic features: Spore print white but with a hint of pink spores are 10 microns oblong smooth and non amyloid.
