I could observe some spores, which confirms the genus Bacidia.

Looking to the apothecial sections this looks like more a Bacidia than anything else. I was not able to see any spore in the several attempts made.
The apothecial sections are very much different from what would be expected for my initial guess, Hertelidea. At the following links a descrition and images from the microscopy of Hertelidea botryosa (=Lecidea botryosa) can be found:
