No specimen available

Nearest tree: Tsuga (Hemlock), probably Tsuga heterophylla (Western Hemlock)
Cap: diameter 15 cm; color: fairly uniform light brown (I would not call it hygrophanous); viscid; there are little things in the center which may be embedded scales (or just deteriorated condition); ~outer 1 cm of cap is a little drier and shows some radial streaking, perhaps as result of drying.
Flesh: white; maximum height 1 cm
Stem height: 10 cm; diameter generally 3-3.5 cm at gills; 5.0 cm at widest point of bulb; not viscid
Small white rhizomorphs at base of bulb
KOH negative on cap, flesh, stem

I wonder how old this is. Perhaps fruited a long time ago, and was preserved by cool temperatures.
