Notes:
Solitary, growing on grass, side of road, stipe is cartilagenous, does not stain, taste is mild, smell is non-descript, inserted, central, clavate, no volva, no ring, glabrous, margins entire, incurved, with remnants of veil perpherally attached. Hymenium is gilled, with crowded gills, adnate, smooth, brown. Pileus is glabrous, margin entire, convex, entire, beige.
