except maybe the beige coloration of the underside, fits well in the description given in the British Flora for P. minarum. I quote from there:
“…; margins frequently irregularly incised, with abundant, mostly simple, +/- unevenly dispersed cilia; upper surface grey-white, matt or partlyshiny, isidiate; isidia laminal, dense and +/- obscuring thallus, simple, cylindrical and becoming coralloid-branched, usually concolorous, less comonly brown-tipped. Lower surface black, +/- brown towards apices; rhizines simple or rarely forked. …”

though it seems close to P. minarum, lobes underside is beige, a bit darker toward tallus (brown/black), it has very few simple rizhines and it’s ciliate. That’s my doubt, and the few very small lobes comparing with the isidiate surface.
