Caloplaca Flavescens!

As the colour of thallus suggested and the spores seem to confirm, it might be Caloplaca flavescens. I only found a few mature spores, but these have the characteristic lemon-shaped form and average dimensions: Me = 14 × 9.2 µm ; Qe = 1.5 (N=15), which fit in the range given for that species in the British Flora.
