No herbarium specimen

Notes: Kind of dry, text says Mycena leaiana fade with age, and these were not yellow. Also not directly on a log. Also, allow me to add: These are tiny caps, the biggest about 0.5".

Early in the year and not very fulvescent for sullivantii, and iirc, there are several similar species.

but now I’m feeling insecure about that. I didn’t notice any staining when I handled them. And they aren’t as faded as the text says they become in age.
