This doesn’t look like P. tinctorum to me

P. tinctorum should have broader, flatter lobes with isidia diffusely covering the interior. This one has soralia originating on warts, and the lobes are more crenulate and imbricate than usual. Also the lobe tips especially look rather green, like maybe this has usnic acid, but the photo color is just hiding it?
