Found on mossy base of Nothofagus trunk in deep coastal forest.
Thanks to Tim Wheeler for the ID of this species. It is characterized by the gray to brown relatively smooth surface with soredia along margins and in little circles on the surface.
I couldn’t collect it since it was in a preserve.
