and last year i saw them in april.
last year was a a bit later in the month if i can recall correctly.
you can check the observations.
im lazy.

the previous years was mid may.

i believe this is because they are being picked and spreading spore mass.

you couldn’t pick all the chants in this patch of woods.
in the summer, i could fill a paper shopping bag everyday and still have some let over…
