Recognized by sight: Thinking this might be an immature specimen. Zooming in on the right side of the bottom photo reveals what could be the beginning development of the characteristic mosaic pattern. Just a guess on my part since lichen is not my forte.

White thallus, half-immersed (not fully-immersed) perithecia. Only options in the key (Harris & Ladd. 2005. Ozark Lichens) are Verrucaria muralis and V. calkinsiana.

I don’t know enough about geology to identify a boulder by sight. However, I did a little research on the geology of this plateau, which is an uplift of portions of the Ozark Mountains. According to a geological survey of this particular area, the rock formations are primarily limestone and chert.
