Observation 204384: Coprinellus flocculosus (DC.) Vilgalys, Hopple & Jacq. Johnson
When: 2015-05-14
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Appearing terrestrial at about 7000’ elevation in a burn area under ponderosa pine and douglas fir. Thought at first this was Coprinellus angulatus in the button stage but not sure because of the evanescent universal veil on this obs. Does that indicate Coprinopsis? Any ideas would be appreciated.
