Notes:
A few scattered in small area of suburban residential lawn during a week of warm, humid weather and frequent rain storms. Cap dry, 1.5 cm.; gills seceding, chocolate brown with mottled gill faces and white edges. Stem 7.5 cm. in length, 1.5-2.0 mm. thick, fragile, whitish above and darker below. Obtained dark brown spore print.
