Observation 204415: Agaricus L.
When: 2015-05-14

Notes: Co-joined white Warty Capped fungi growing and rooted in “White Ant” nest at base of Eucalyptus tree in eucalyptus forest.The larger and more mature specimen was insect damaged mainly around the stipe region. No other specimens found when nest broken up.. Also the nest appeared to be uninhabited, but may have had a working colony below ground level. Smallest specimen displayed gills that were close and Grey. The more advanced specimen gills were dark brown. Stipes’ were white and thick and displaying uneven surface nearer to the cap. No identifying aroma. GPS S 30 degrees 47’ 39.58"
