Notes: Several scattered among a gregarious fruiting of Paneolina foenisecii in suburban residential lawn. Cap initially slightly tacky in early morning when dew is on the grass; later dry and fading from yellow to a light buff color. Older caps develop cracks. Gills originally light gray-brown but darken to brown with age. Spore print light-to-medium brown.
