The striate margin of the cap is unusual for rubescent amanitas,…

but I think that’s what you probably have. The cap must be thinner than usual for the margin to be so strongly striate. The cap color suggests something in the “amerirubescens” group. At least one of this group has yellow warts on the cap when very fresh. At the moment, I don’t think we can do much better from photographs…unfortunately.
