Notes: Cap – tan to brown, broadly umbonate to Campanulate or Bell-shaped. Thin, flesh is less than 1 mm thick. 2.5 inches across.

Gills – close, intermediate and short gills interspaced. Thinly attached to stalk.

Stalk – thin, 2-3 mm, pliable, fibrous, hollow. Appeared to have white root, broke when digging up. Growing in forest litter and soil. 2.5 inches long.

Spore Print – medium brown
