Observation 205315: Sarcoscypha occidentalis (Schwein.) Sacc.
When: 2015-05-25

Notes: Common along the Stony Man trail, on hardwood twigs. The largest: cup 8mm across, 7mm tall.

Spores 19-22 × 11-12, with large (up to 4 microns) lipid bodies in both halves.
