Observation 205486: Plicaria endocarpoides (Berk.) Rifai
When: 2015-05-30

Notes: Not sure of the actual habitat as it was brought in by one of the morel hunting group in the King fire area and I didn’t ask for details.
It was about 3 cm high.
Spores were almost perfectly round ranging from 8 to 9 microns in diameter with no ornamentation or oil droplets.
There were some paraphyses(see photos) and the asci were very long.
Can’t seem to find anything that has round spores like these?
