Not knowing obscure mycological details does not make you stupid, but as Pulk said, Parasola won’t have the outerveil remnants on the pileus (cap). At most some species will have an evanescent veil at the base of the stipe (stem) which will be bright yellow. This is certainly not one of those and that leaves just Coprinellus and Coprinopsis, due to the gestalt I would lean towards the latter.
