An attempt to have this sequenced failed. From the lab report by Matt Gordon, Molecular Solutions, LLC, 11/17/2015:

y012, identified as Rutstroemia MO 206055
Sporocarps were very small, and I could not even see them with a hand lens. I extracted a small amount of the substrate, but other fungi were present, so I could not get a clean sequence.
