Observation 206096: Lichen P. Micheli

When: 2015-06-06

Collection location: Serra de São Mamede, Portugal [Click for map]

Who: zaca

No specimen available

Thallus conspicuously granular and seeming pustulate, but with no visible soredia. The C reaction was initially orangish/red but quickly fade to the indistinct colour observed in the photo. Sharing the habitat with species of the Lobarion community of the genera: Degelia, Fuscoppannaria, Lobaria, Pannaria, Pertusaria, etc.. It reminds me of Ochrolechia androgyna, which I observed recently at this big location, but who knows?

Chemical reactions;
Degelia plumbea together with a specimen considered at observation 206096.
Fuscopannaria ignobilis together with a specimen considered at observation 206096.
