Observation 206456: Gloeoporus dichrous (Fr.) Bres.
When: 2015-06-13
No herbarium specimen

Notes: A fresh, flexible specimen found on rotting wood in very wet bottomland wooded area. The gelatinous pore surface is described by Kuo (page 184). It is indeed separable as a layer when fresh. Tried it with a needle and tweezers. It works.
