Did you know that dry porcini had more quality protein per unit weight that fresh beef? That way you’ll get more bang for your cep. :-)

I barter some of these for various food items… prime cuts of wild game for instance. Jack Czarnecki’s “Wild Game Mushroom Sauce” paired with grilled venison tenderloin is… well, you can probably guess how good it is. Sauce requires high-quality boletes. So it’s a great deal on both ends.
