Observation 207115: Amanita Pers.
When: 2015-06-18

Notes: Small group (3) of fungi in Eucalyptus forest damp soil and a covering of leaves and forest debris in open forest area. Caps brown and warty. Not sticky. Stipe’s off white, thick and full, displaying Yellow universal veil on all three specimens, with stipes showing tint of yellow also. Base tending to be bulbous. Gills off white and close. No identifiable aroma.

I’ve had it in an open tab on my browser for several days. Thank you for writing to me. I haven’t had the chance to look through references since you posted this one. Yes, indeed, I would certainly like to see the dried material.
