Observation 207151: Amanita “sp-T36” Tulloss nom. prov.
When: 2015-06-17

Notes: Growing in mixed woods with pines more prevalent in the immediate area.
Caps up to 7.5 cm across.
Volva at the base was very friable.
Spore print white.
Spores ~ 9.8-14.0 X 9.2-13.0 microns, globose to subglobose and smooth.
Q(range) = 1.00-1.17
Q(avg) = 1.09 n=16
I’m making a weak guess here based on information from Rod’s website.

We have received this material and it has be accessioned into Rod’s herbarium. We will be sending a sample off for DNA sequencing.
