Observation 207568: Cortinarius distans Peck
When: 2015-06-22
No herbarium specimen
0 Sequences

All of these were yellowish-brown with a velvety appearance and tiny, yellowish, loose scales(?). The gills were broad and distantly spaced, with a long and short gill every other. The spore print is dark, smoky brown (has a grayish cast). The gills were the same color as the cap, though the one photo seems to show a purplish tint.
