Observation 20845: Bolbitius variicolor G.F.Atk.

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Has distinctive neon green to neon yellow color that I could not capture with camera.

My best guess is Coprinus. Stems are very fragile and thin, almost like paper. Caps pull off of stems very easily.

Found growing in mulch piles during rain.
