The non-bluing Psilocybes were moved out of Psilocybe a few years ago. There are a few species that this could be, microscopy is required. You can use the key in The Genus Psilocybe by Gaston Guzman which starts on page 78.

Index Fungorum lists “Psilocybe coprophila” as the currently accepted synonym. I was gonna all it “Deconica” until I checked.

Are there other possibilities for the genus/species?
