Observation 209632: Lactarius Pers.
When: 2015-07-11
Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Growing in among leaf litter in a moist bottom land area. Mixed hardwoods and pine.

Caps – Max 1.5 cm diameter. Appeared to be the pale golden yellow of small chanterelle looking down on them.

The original specimens were lost, photos marked lost specimen. I went back today, July 16, to the exact location and luckily found 4 more. Photos of the new specimens are added.

Also, spore print in progress.
