No, haven’t seen it before. We’ve found Fomitopsis cajanderi frequently. This looked similar but different in some respects—like color of flesh.

This is new to me and not well represented on MO, especially in North America. You are the first in this country! Reading the description on Kuo, I would expect it to be frequently seen, but I haven’t. Apparently others have not either. Have you seen this before?
