Notes: Growing on well-rotted hardwood log near Fagus grandifolia, Quercus sect. Lobatae, Betula papyrifera, Pinus strobus and Acer saccharum. Cap 1.2 cm wide and 1.1 cm tall. Stem 1.1 cm long and 0.2 cm wide. Gills pink and free.
