Cap: shape: umbonate, conic when young to flat when old; color cream, with brown umbo; diameter 2-5.5 cm; flesh 1 mm thick; dry; margin slightly fringed
Gills: attached, probably adnate; young gills off-white, older gills grey-brown
Spore print: dark brown
Stem: diameter 4 mm; hollow from top to bottom; height 5-8 cm
Taste: indistinct
Odor: indistinct
Substrate appears to be soil in grass, but I wonder if these are on a small piece of rotting wood
