Nope, that’s not bruising — it’s a birth mark. :)

I just added a fourth photo of the top of the mushroom which shows a small bruise mark.

Where did it bruise and what was the color of the bruising?

I didn’t try tasting it. Only thing I noticed was that the top was easily bruised. I no longer have access to the specimen.
