Clavicorona piperata is a Northern hemisphere name this species is not in NZ. Artomyces colensoi is the smaller of the two species we have while A. turgidus is the larger and similar to C. piperata. There seams to be a lot of confusion over which is which even Landcares site seams to have its images mixed up. From memory there spore sizes are different.
