Observation 21307: Gyromitra esculenta (Pers.) Fr.

Found these in an area that had been logged years ago but has not yet grown back …also found Morchella species and other Gyromitra species in the same area…..

looks almost like Gyromitra gigas at first I was not sure….but I looked at the spores and they fit Gyromitra esculenta
