These don’t look like Tubaria to me at all.
They look like tiny Cortinarius maybe.
that was the only feature that made me think its probably not furfuracea let alone tubaria, everything else looks right, and furfuracea is very variable.

3rd pic looks like it has veil remnants along the cap margin, how does Tubaria furfuracea sound?
doesnt quite look like the textbook furfuracea, but its a very variable species.
