Notes: Common to abundant on white shale boulders at the base of a railroad embankment just back from the beach.
Thallus grey, poorly developed, K-. Apothecia 0.2-0.5mm roughly, K+R, proper margin dominant, algal cell layer thick across the base of the apothecia in cross-section, absent from the margin in one sample, see photo.
