Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Caramel colored cap
White stem
White spore print it appears (haven’t actually taken one yet)
Woodlover, growing on red-stained wood ships
No bruising (although after lots of handling finally a faint darkening from white to brown)
South Florida
Summertime, repeated raining days
Subtropical climate
No smell – at best, slightly normal mushroom smell – no oddities
Grew in non-dense clusters of four to five specimens
Cap is about an inch wide
Stem is about two inches almost

I think the spore colour needs to be confirmed as it looks like a Pluteus which have pink spores.
