if I hadn’t seen the reflexed portions (shelves) I’d have thought this was something like Radulodon, but it looks like it’s part poroid shelf and part abhymenial toothiness. In some genera (Postia, Echinoporia), such outgrowths on the cap surface actually produce chlamydospores, asexual propagules roughly analogous to conidia.
I wish I could ID it. Alas, hopefully someone else can.
