found this pore bearing mushroom along a trail in a mixed forest. Tasted unremarkable. pores bruises yellow when marked or cut. Doing a spore print.

often fails to bruise bluish on the pores. But a scratch on the firm pore surface often produces a slight color change to tannish/yellowish.

I got more water than spores the spore print . Took a hair dryer to the back of the glass. What little amount of spores than where there seemed to be yellowish white.
