that this observation represents the same species as the tiny fairly fragile mushrooms I call L. pumila. Looking at a few different sources, I see variability in reports of both macro and micro traits for altaica/pumila/striatula.

L. altaica and L. striatula have both been lumped in with L. pumila. I realize that this collection does not match with the Mushroom Expert account of L. pumila. But I believe this is due to Mushroom Expert not having incorporated this change in nomenclature.

If not for the incorporation into pumila, I would have called this L. striatula.
