Recognized by sight: This is a grass species, never heard of it growing from moss. But it sure looks like it. Moss is not a common habitat for Panaeolus.

Spores only somewhat flattened, somewhat oblique on side view , and seemingly too short for acuminatus:

Fimicola seems plausible…….Perhaps something new?

Here is a find labelled Paneolus fimicola found very very close to where I found this, 10 years earlier, also in Moss……

I think mostly all the mushrooms from that study are housed at the DAOM herbarium.
