You got it, rubbery, slimy and multitudinous but never cespitose as far as I’ve seen. And of course, if someone is going to send me a picture of a mushroom to ID for them it’s usually one of these a bit out of focus! :)

And no odor. Probably not the species I suggested. Plenty of white Clitocybe species out there.

and I’d love to know what those rubbery little critters are. I have never noticed an odor!

this Clitocybe species obs 175368.

C. phaeophthalma should have a noticeably unpleasant odor. The ones in this observation (215937) have outer cap surface white. Cap color for C. tarda varies from purple to murky tan.
