This fungus looks slippery, it probably has a glutinous veil. I vote for C. alienatus, like Noah. Note that C. chrysma has never olivaceous hues, at most the gills can be a little citrinous, but it is mostly pure yellow.

It’s not Cortinarius canarius, it’s C. chrysma.
