Recognized by sight: yellow cap with red disc, yellow patches and cream partial veil remnants at margin, cream gills becoming pale yellow, no ring, whitish stem with yellow universal veil remnants, no/indistinct bulb, white context which is yellow under the cap cuticle, in grass by side of path under maple and birch—alder nearby
