Observation 21613: Amanita muscaria group

No herbarium specimen

Notes: I encountered these beautiful yellow Amanitas as a severe thunder storm was chasing me out of the woods. They were growing on a flat hill top under mixed hardwoods, mostly maple and tulip poplar with a few oaks. I usually find them under pine, but none were in sight.
